Remote Support Steps

Call us to check if one of our team are available and/or schedule a remote session time. We will then go through these steps with you below to set up the remote software:

  1. Click on the download button above.
  2. When prompted, choose to run the file. Once it has downloaded to your PC you will be prompted to run the file again.
  3. Click Run and wait for the Team Viewer application to load. You will see "Your ID" and "Password". These numbers allow us to connect through to your computer.

Easy remote support

Wherever you are in the world, we can still help through remote access. We use Team Viewer Quick Support to remotely connect to your computer over the internet. The connection is safe and secure and can only be initiated by you.
